Refund Policy 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Under UK consumer contract regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of collection. You will then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a product defect. Exchanges The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase of the desired item. Refunds Once we receive and process your return, we will contact you to let you know if a refund has been agreed upon. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that the processing and actualization of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
